2. Description of Service

MenuHub provides a digital menu creation and management platform that allows restaurants, cafes, and food service businesses to create, publish, and share digital menus via QR codes and web links.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for the Lifetime Deal. Subscription plans may be canceled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to MenuHub. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with providing our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

MenuHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
